Terry Noel, COO & Chief Technology Officer

Terry brings over 20 years of experience as a Information Technology Consultant, Network Engineer, Network Administrator, System Support Technician and Computer Operator in the Public Health, State Government, Transportation, Higher Education, Apparel, Magazine Publishing and Banking industries. These diversified positions have provided him with a solid foundation in the Information Technology industry. Technology and working with people are two of his passions and he understands the importance of building long term relationships with clients and vendors. Terry also believes mutual respect, honesty and hard work are the keys to long term success.

Some of his accomplishments include the following:

•Maintaining LAN/WAN Infrastructures – Consisting of routers, switches, Windows servers, desktops and laptops, wireless network equipment, remote access and frame relay connections

•Disaster Recovery Coordinator - Work closely with AT&T, MCI, Bellsouth and IBM to coordinate disaster recovery personnel, equipment and procedures

•Hardware and Software Management - Research and purchase business productivity, infrastructure and security resources for the organization. Monitor hardware and software licenses and product upgrades

•Vendor Relationships and Contracts – Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on contracts, product recommendations and the creation of cost-effective solutions

•Network Management - Utilize various software applications to proactively monitor network servers, printers, routers, switches and wireless access points

•Virtual Private Network Project - Implementation of a VPN solution that provides access to email, documents on the network servers and various intranet websites, to employees that are working remotely
